RDS

RDS does not have any default values. When the RDS cluster has a schedule with no active periods the system will try to turn off the cluster.

Ignore Maintenance Window

If set, operations performed by this cluster will ignore the maintenance window. If this value is not set then any operations performed will be postponed until the next maintenance window.
