SkySaver is designed to help anyone managing AWS resources save time and money through powerful, automated scheduling. By leveraging tag-based scheduling, you can effortlessly manage the on/off states of your AWS EC2, Lambda, ASG, and RDS resources, as well as dynamically scale instances or allocations based on custom schedules.

Our tool puts the control in your hands. After a quick integration with your AWS account, you can easily configure your SkySaver project, enabling automatic scheduling across your resources. Whether you need a single schedule for work hours or hundreds for specific cases, SkySaver’s flexibility empowers you to optimize your environment, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency—all without lifting a finger once set up.

Resources We Monitor

Sky Saver Scheduler monitors a variety of resources to help you optimize your application environments:

  • EC2 Instances: Automatically start and stop instances based on your defined schedules.
  • RDS Instances: Scale your database instances up or down to match your usage patterns.
  • Lambda Functions: Optimize function execution times and memory allocation.
  • Auto Scaling Groups: Schedule the desired/minimum/maximum number of instances as needed.

Your First Steps

  1. Registration: If you don’t have a subscription, please take a look at Registration.
  2. Getting Started: Begin by following our Getting Started guide to set up your environment.
  3. AWS Account Setup: Configure your AWS account by following the AWS Account Setup instructions.
  4. Create Schedules: Define schedules for your resources in the Add Schedules section.
  5. Monitor and Adjust: Use the Schedules Overview to monitor and adjust your schedules as needed.
